Provided mold remediation and restored structure of fire-damaged 18th century antique home. Replaced 70% of the roofing system creating vaulted ceilings, installed and trimmed new windows with simulated, divided light grill patterns and colonial grills to match the existing custom trimmed windows, sanded, stained and refinished the original wide-plank wood floors and installed two-zone heating and air conditioning system with ductwork. Installed built-in bookcases, barn siding wainscoting and replaced kitchen and bath fixtures, carpentry and plumbing. Rewired most of the house, and installed fire separation walls creating three legal apartments with separate utilities.
Repaired working fireplace. Installed built-in shelving and restored original hardwood wide plank flooring with natural tung oil finish.
